Looks like clematis armandii. Maybe Apple Blossom.
As others have said, winter flowering clematis
Clematis. Those are early bloomers and the flowers are absolutely wonderful in spring.
Make sure you diligently cut back and manage the runners.
Clematis, have some in my garden and its an evergreen type I believe.
