My hoya took YEARS to bloom, so just be patient:)
You can’t force hoyas to bloom, but you certainly can encourage them to by providing a few things they like:
* At least 6 hours of bright, indirect light
* High humidity
* A fertilizer with a high phosphorous number
* Chunky, well-draining, potting medium (think premium orchid mix with sphagnum moss)
* Drying out between waterings
* Time & patience
* Being rootbound
