    Those are aeoniums. I grow them in my garden (in CA). They are currently dormant (normal for summer). I water mine monthly in summer (we get no summer rain) and then they get winter rain during their active growing period. When they are active they will open up and loose some of their color. Great plants!

  3. I can see why everyone is confused; yours look so much like sempervivum tectorum, too. 😭. They’re aeoniums so don’t water them too much right now; they’re summer dormant. You can tell by the thicker stem and how closed up they are right now.
