There’s nothing you can do for a leaf that’s started to die but ease up on the watering so that the others don’t follow
I can’t really help you but that pot is absolutely adorable!!!
That leaf is dying. All you can do now is toss it and keep caring for the other ones.
May or may not be overwatered, these guys hate to sit in moist or damp soil. Make sure your pot has a hole in the bottom for proper air flow to prevent root rot.
Increase humidity by keeping it in a plastic bag or under a glass cloche. Roots don’t like to form unless the air is extra moist, and what humans find comfortable is too dry for the plant to push out roots.
