My app called it a “Wax plant”
Looks like a Hoya of some kind. There are many varieties and I’ve heard them referred to as”Wax Plants”.
It’s indeed a lipstick plant! The flowers look like lipsticks. It’s called Aeschynanthus Marmoratus
