      oh man that garlic is begging to be planted, those sprouts look ready to go

      stick each clove in some dirt pointy side up, about an inch deep, they’ll take off fast on that windowsill. You’ll get scapes next spring which are amazing in pasta or pesto, and then whole bulbs by mid summer

      I’ve got a row of them in my backyard rn and honestly half my cooking revolves around whatever the garden spits out. Nothing beats fresh garlic, store bought tastes like cardboard in comparison

      also that sunlight through the screen is gorgeous, your whole setup looks peaceful as hell

      If you have any outside space, plant it in the back of a sunny flower bed. Divide up before planting and grow your own fresh garlic. Or give to someone who would plant it.
