can you show the leaves from a different angle? this doesn’t looks like a monstera, it’s possibly a pothos
from my very novice experience, they’re pretty non-fussy! they just need some sunlight and some consistent watering and they sprout new leaves pretty consistently!
As much blue sky as possible! Not so much direct afternoon sun.
