Alle Steine und Felsen rund um den Teich haben wir ausgegraben! Wir haben eine Lilie, Oxygenatoren und Randpflanzen mit einigen Bestäubern in der Umgebung. Ich freue mich darauf, es reifen zu sehen und hoffe, nächstes Jahr ein paar Kröten mitzubringen! Verbesserungsvorschläge sind willkommen!

One tip is to make sure you have some way out for animals that could fall in e.g. hedgehogs
We added some grids that hang over the side Into the water and they seems to work well
The other advice would be to not be afraid of removing duckweed if it starts getting thuggish! It grows so fast that removing half every week or so keeps it under control during peak months!

Try to put in a long shallow slope on at least one side. Allows easy access for wildlife to get in and out.
Is the stick on the left hand side, your access? Hard to tell from pics.
