If a cat enjoys sitting in it, you are doing good! Beautiful garden and cat!

    2. Cat doesn’t look impressed but I sure am! Just kidding! A small patch of catnip and cat grass would be the icing on the cake. I have about a dozen catnip seedlings under lights in the basement and have been harvesting a handful of leaves for my cat each day. It will be nice when they can be grown outside because they grow so much quicker.

Dayum if this is your beginning, I can only imagine what beautiful creation you’ll have in store for next year. You have a natural talent and a knack for this!!!!

Our cats never bloom that fully here cause of the short season. Jealous!

He did a really good job, which is surprising considering the lack of thumbs. Well done, kitty!!!

What’s that large gray bloom in the back with the face? It’s lovely! 😉

I feel that moving forward everyone who is sharing their garden needs to include the feline or k9 overlords. 🥹

Very gorgeous. The plants look great too 😜

I know this will get downvoted to oblivion but I have to say it:

The number one human-related reason for the death of wild birds is cats. Gardens are an ecological haven for wild birds, and allowing a cat to spend time in that environment takes it from a safe haven to a danger.

I’m sure your cat is wonderful, and they certainly are beautiful, but please use caution when allowing them in your garden.

Add some native grasses or sedges for a change in texture, and mulch to reduce weeds

That furry one that’s probably your best work! Keep her/ him close

what plant is the furry one in the middle? really pretty ♡ ;P

that looks so good. only advice would be mulch of some sort of ground cover so you are not constantly weeding.

See, the problem you made here is including the cat. We all love the garden, but the cat… so torn… love plants, but there’s a cat too…

    14. Is the trellis attached to wall (building not the decorative wall) or is it freestanding? If freestanding the trellis may need reinforcement once the rose starts getting bigger.

      It’s so pretty!

Garden Supervisor seems to be doing a good job.

There are lists of safe/toxic plants. Lilies of any kind are at the top of the toxic list.

Many beautiful plants are totally safe! 🐾💕

    16. Nice. The supervisor looks like a hardass. What zone are you in that you have an astilbe and columbine blooming at the same time. Bizarre for zone 6.

Clearly that cat is very territorial! Nobody step on the flowers, or else!!!

I love how happy kitties are in the garden. My cat sits in the garden with me all day while I’m gardening and he looks so happy and relaxed. Your garden is beautiful!
