      It looks like you drowned it.

      Cilantro also needs a lot of light,
      put it in your brightest window, not on a table in the middle of the room..

      Cilantro hates being indoors, it’s a cool weather outdoor plant that bolts and dies the second it gets warm and stuffy. Get it outside in partial shade if you can, water when the top inch of soil is dry, and harvest aggressively to slow down the bolting. Box store herbs are usually doomed because they’re forced to grow fast in greenhouse conditions then dropped into normal life like a contestant on Fear Factor. – Mr Bad Apples
