Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich Zwiebeln anbaue. Ich war überrascht, dass sie etwas entwickelt haben, das wie Blumen aussieht. Aufgrund meiner begrenzten Pflanzenkenntnisse vermute ich, dass das eine schlechte Sache ist?
Kann ich irgendetwas tun, um ihnen zu helfen? Jeder Rat wird sehr geschätzt!

Yes, they are flowering,
those are called scapes, you can pull them off at the base and use them in the kitchen like you would use spring onions. It will buy the bulb a little time to grow bigger, but it’s an indication that the plant is almost done..
Not a bad thing. You can plant the scapes for more onions next year.
In every onion batch , even when grown from seed, some will flower unfortunately. It’s unlikely to bulb , so you have the option to cut the scape off, and further just harvest the green shoots for cooking, or you can leave the scape to continue to bloom and form seeds, that you can replant next year.
Sometimes I find if nights get down to freezing, it won’t hurt the onions but some get confused that they overwintered and bolt.
