But soil is only part of it. How much light? What’s the temperature? Is it under an AC vent?
zz plants arent the fastest growing out there. Not sure on the small one at the back but that will take lots of sun we tend to plant them outside. The zz will do great with lots of indirect light so bright window. Light is always the big one we think they get enough but in actual fact its not enough wven if it says low light ive lerant that with 250 plus plants its always the biggest factor. Lets zzs dry out betweem watering i can see 2 stems are cut possibly from the soil being moist the thrice on neglect really haha.
It needs lots of light. Let the soil dry out completely in between watering. Expect no growth at all in the winter.
