Yes, that appears to be sunscald. Pothos kept under fluorescent light are generally shade-adapted, and their leaves are thin enough that even a few hours of morning sun can bleach and damage the tissue. The timing fits…damage after the outdoor exposure, not before.
The good news is pothos are really resilient. The leaves that are already damaged won’t recover, but bring it back under your fluorescent light, let the soil dry out from the overwatering, and new growth should come in healthy. It won’t look perfect right away but it’ll bounce back.
