i’ve always wondered why my philodendrons and epripemnums had this.. im really unsure but i’ve always suspected leaf miners but they look so different from what i usually see

Mine is doing the same thing, and I finally noticed they turn/die like that when the new leaf starts to unroll. If I don’t mist the new leaves when it’s super dry out, they struggle to unroll and start to die/disfigure just like that.
I just started lightly misting the new leaves once a day or so and that seems to help.
