Still too early for them to go out. Remove the lights. That should slow them a little.
they’re definitely getting leggy. i’d move the lights closer if you can and maybe add a fan so they strengthen up instead of just shooting up
Wow! Mine are still tiny (I think in part because my compost is rubbish), I can’t wait for them to get nice and big like yours. It’s the first year I’m growing from seed.
What’s your outdoor situation? Do you have any fleece or better yet polytunnel? My bet is that there won’t be any more frost in London this side of summer, but you still have plenty of time to gamble and put some in the ground with fleece while sowing additional ones. Last year I made a makeshift poly tunnel with a basic wood structure and some plastic attached over it.
you could take them outside now during the day for an hour or two
What lights are those?
Mine r gettin like this with no lights i cant wait for itbto be warm enough to free up me windowsills

I grew mine from seed too. begenning of march, they’re massive now and need planting outside, i’m getting similar temps to you.
it is annoying lol
i have a growbag but the grow bag says plant when the first flower appears.
…why? why can’t i put them in the grow bag NOW?
Put them outdoors in the morning and then bring them in in the evening, they should get enough sun, they’re not photosensitive, but if you’re worried just leave the light on in the room they’re being kept in until later in the evening.
That’s what I’ve been doing with mine.
It’s best to start with just a couple of hours outside and slowly build up from there so they don’t get too stressed.
If it were me id just snip their heads off. It will set them back a bit but when they are healthy and flying up like they are they will bounce back no problem . Might give you a few weeks extra under the lights.
Fancy doing some ‘tomatoes’ for me 😁

I’m in exactly the same position. New lights have super-charged their growth!
Going to start moving out once the cold night tonight is out of the way.
Remove some leaves at the bottom and plant them deeper. Those little hairs on the stems are just waiting to be in contact with soil and form new roots. This way you’ll have a stronger plant with more well established roots
