Wait for blooms to be over. Do not repot or propagate if you want the blooms to stay as long as they can.

They’re just shy around us, need some space!
Really beautiful. Dendrobium orchids are slow growing and typically propagated by dividing the pseudobulbs. I don’t think you can propagate the roots.

Plants have this strange habit of flowering when you ignore them. Tis the season anyway, enjoy
