Hallo, wir haben diese Kletterhortensie geerbt, die auf der Nordseite eines Zauns und neben unserem Haus steht. Daher bekommt es nicht viel Sonne. Es wächst gut und sieht abgesehen von diesem Schimmel gesund aus. Muss ich mir Sorgen machen und wenn ja, was soll ich tun?

I can’t see any mould. It looks very healthy and tbh they dont want any full sun so are one of the best climbers for a north facing bed.
Looks to be just on the surface of the old dead bark rather than attacking the plant itself.
These things like to live where it is damp, clear some foliage and let tha air and sunlight in there and the fungus will likely just vanish.
