The tree was a ash tree and had a disease so it had to be removed because it could of ended up collapsing into someone’s garden

I am a novice gardener at best. I am incredibly passionate and I know I got a lot of hate on my last post but it’s not going to stop me. I am self taught, piss poor, dedicated and I love gardening as it saved me through some of the darkest times in my life. The garden is still being worked on. I have a lot to learn!

How’s the path holding up. I’m thinking of removing my ugly concrete paving slabs and creating edging with fallen branches and twigs.

Love the garden. Also remember helpful advice constructively and respectfully given is great.

But the Internet is full of rude, disrespectful people shoving their bad attitude out into the world. It’s hard but try to let it roll off your back.

They’re not worth the energy needed to be upset by them.

Looks beautiful OP, well done. The pond is beautiful, and will be the most important thing anyone can do in a garden to better support wildlife.

Not spam! We love these posts as gardeners. Plus it’s inspiration to all the newbies with blank slates. And me procrastinating lol.
