You need to pot it on…
Get rid of all the dead leaves on the soil, is there any insects? , or what’s looks like tiny webs?
Leave it sitting in water tonight,
I’ll give that a try. I didn’t see any spider eggs or anything to weird
You probably know this plant really sucks the water down ….keep it hydrated till your able to plant outdoors.
Hopefully it will sort out in a month or two.
