Diese sind großartig geworden und haben schön geblüht. Irgendwelche Tipps, um sie während der Saison voller oder länger haltbar zu machen? Ich bin offen für Schnitt-, Düngevorschläge, Abstandsänderungen – alles!
Morning glory. Easy to grow in pots, ensure good drainage and deadhead regularly.

Those look like Petunias to me. Great in pots and in ground. Loves the sun and water twice a week.

Since consensus here is petunias – what fertilizer do you all use to keep them blooming longer and crisp?

First of all, I would get the mud out of that pot and replace with potting soil.
Petunias love sun and water. I’m in zone 7b/8a and mine really need to be watered every day in the summer.

It looks like they’re planted in…pudding.
Why does it look that way?
All in all they seem happy. Maybe petunia like pudding and we didn’t know.

You will need to clip the stem of the flower after blooming….not just pull the faded flower off. If you leave the actual flower stem, it will make a seed pod that many people think is a “flower bud”. Taking that off will cause it to make new bloom stems/blooms & branch out….making a fuller plant.
In the hottest part of summer, they can get pretty ragged looking. I usually cut them back to 6″ & keep well watered with a flowering plant fertillizer at half strength (I use Schultz) & give them a bit of shade at the hottest part of the day. A light covering of mulch helps keep the roots cool.
