Da will alles wachsen!
Irgendwelche Vorschläge?
Wir haben einen Hund und zwei kleine Kinder, falls das relevant ist.

Kids and dog plus rain mean some level of dimples are fairly inevitable. I’d be inclined to try rolling it and then embracing the multi plant nature of it. (If it wasn’t for the need to poop pick I’d suggest adding more wildflowers for extra joy for kids but not with a dog)
you have dogs and kids so standard grass is gonna be impossible to maintain. I would embrace the weeds and also put down clover. More hardy, better for biodiversity and lower maintenance
aerate with a fork, spread a good coat of grass and clover seed, sharp sand and top soil cover layer, a nice watering, then go to the winchester and grab a nice cold pint and wait for it all to grow over
the only people i know with perfect lawns dont have kids or dogs and pay someone to maintain and get all chemically.
you are either gonna need to become a lawn guy or learn to embrace it a bit. new turf will quickly look like this again.
Dandelions have one main taproot that goes deep, they’ll need digging up with a hand trowel – do leave some for the bees though as they’re a really valuable source of food.
Chuck down a load of seed , water it and once it gets warm it will grown, let it get long before mowing
I’d start by hand weeding first, using a soil rake to really rake everything out of the garden lawn, including moss and thatch. Mix topsoil in a bucket with good quality seeds and throw all over the lawn. A light compaction with your feet is finwe. keep moist for two weeks and repeat seeding :).
Try using Westland Lawn Revive.
I’ve got kids and my lawn looked like this last Feb, this winter it’s not as bad and last summer it was brilliant.
I waited until March then I hole tine aerated it. As I have a clay base I put some organic matter mixed with sand in the holes.
I then waited until end of March when nighttime temps were higher (I’m in Scotland)
Cut grass to lowest setting
Scarified it
Lawn top soil
Seeds (get hard wearing kid and pet friendly variety)
Press seeds into soil
Water
You need to keep seed wet until it germinates
Each evening water it

Start again
Wait until it starts to grow. Cut it regularly but not right down. If the mower has 6 height settings, set it to 4 or 5. Apply a bit of topsoil and some seed. Fertilise from time to time if you can be bothered.
Then ideally put dog and kids up for adoption.
I sowed sowed [clover.in](http://clover.in) the lawn and it leaves nasty muddy, soggy bare patches in the winter, not great.
You can throw some sharp sand on it now to improve the soil, but mostly you’ll have to wait until spring.
Just so you know, grass seed needs UV light for it to germinate, so don’t go covering your new seeds over: just press them into the soil by walking over them.
When you got a good covering greenery, weed and feed.
Had similar with our garden used a high ryegrass lawn mixture called Lawn Seed for Dogs. From a seed company near us. Did the trick and now doesn’t wear anywhere near able badly as it used too. Google lawn seed for dogs. We got some free wildflower seed too which looked amazing in the summer

Hope that helps
We use the greenthumb people, they treat and feed, and our lawn bounces back amazing every year from similar issues. Cost effective for me I feel, not very expensive for the results
Wait for the sun to start shining, Cut it low, rake it harshly, seed, topsoil and you’ll have a lovely lawn. Try not to overthink it, grass wants to grow.
See my posts for the same type of lawn before and afters.
That looks good compared to mine so don’t worry. It will soon fill in once it’s warm enough to seed ☺️
Mine was like this too, after paying a fortune for a grass lawn. The shady parts were patchy and the exposed parts scorched and brown on the summer.
One summer I noticed some white miniature clover had appeared out of nowhere (well, it had self seeded itself!). It looked amazing, so I bought more seeds, scattered them and now it looks lush and fantastic. Make sure you get the miniature variety though, as it doesn’t need mowing that much (regular clover grows quite tall).
And also, with small children, you might want to just do a few sections of clover for now, in places the don’t walk in, as the clover is a bee and pollinator magnet in the summer.
