It looks really happy in the pot it’s currently in. Burro’s Tail is really fragile and you stand to lose a lot of leaves if you repot.
I wouldn’t repot. But I would consider getting a macrame plant hanger so it can continue to trail.

You can propagate burro’s tail by cutting a stem, removing the bottom couple of leaves, allowing it to dry, then placing it in soil. I’d probably give it a haircut and propagate the trimmings if it’s getting too long
