Ideen gesucht! Ich bin gerade in dieses Haus mit Garten nach ONO gezogen – was würden Sie damit machen?
Ich würde diesen Kies (der ziemlich flach ist) gerne durch Rasen ersetzen. Ratschläge dazu wären sehr willkommen (Wo bekommt man Mutterboden? Wie viel? Beste Zeit im Jahr, um Gras zu säen? Oder Rasen anzulegen?)
Irgendwelche weiteren interessanten kreativen Ideen? Ich brauche etwas, das relativ wartungsarm ist, da ich Kinder habe, einen Job usw. habe, aber Hinweise oder Tipps sind sehr willkommen. Ich bin ein unerfahrener Gärtner, aber ich bin bereit, es auszuprobieren!

Rockery with hardly plants, moss and a small stream
Raised planters on the right/back. Should be enough sun to grow a few cordalines amongst other plants.
Would be a good time to start throwing the lawn down in the next few weeks as we should be past the winter frost then.
Are the sandstone slabs flat? (Bar the two next to your arrow). Might be worth jet washing them, jet washing the jointing and then getting some easy jointing compound (silka) to finish them off. Would look very nice.
That would make a massive difference.
Jet wash and clean the slabs urgently.
Dig out the gravel, top soil and turf in the spring early summer.
Leave the beds for now – looks like there is a garden hiding under there and lots of perennials will probably appear soon.
I think it looks great. You could change up the gravel to get a different look. Slate is going to bring a more modern feel or a colorful pea gravel bonded together will give you a strong clean surface for using the space.
