Helfen.

I’d put money on it that they have root rot. They are not receiving enough light where they are, and those marks on the leaves are indicative of rot. I would strongly suggest unpotting them, removing any and all dead matter (anything black, slimy, mushy, easily comes off, etc), spray with or soak with Hydrogen Peroxide and then pot them back up using a well-draining mix with, at the very least, lots of perlite. make sure you are using a clean pot that is only 1-2 inches larger than the current root ball and that the pots have drainage holes.

Try to put them in a spot where they can receive as much light as possible, and do consider investing in grow lights as well. SANSI and Barrina have affordable lights and different types, both great brands. As for watering, you’ll want to water thoroughly once the soil is dry, not on a set schedule. It’s based on it’s environment, so how much light it receives, the temperature, humidity, the soil, the pot size, the pot materials and so on.
