Hard to tell looking at one leaf. My computer doesn’t show pictures well but the potatoes look good. Looks like you’re seeing the beginning of a nutrient deficiency. Possibly magnesium or another micro-nutrient. Give them a good shot of fertilizer and see what happens. Can’t hurt.
