Diese wachsen wie verrückt, sind aber langbeinig, krumm und wollen umfallen. Ich versuche zu rotieren und tief und selten zu gießen. Was muss ich hier tun?

The problem is the position of your lighting — it’s directly above the plants, therefore, the plants are rotating and stretching to face it. If you want the plants to grow in a more aesthetically pleasing manner, you’ll have to adjust your lighting setup!
I like using tall stick lights (like barina floor lights or a cheaper, similar version) and positioning them a few feet in front of my plants. It can be tricky to layout, but I’ve had luck kind of tucking the lights against the side of a bookshelf or something, that way there’s not just an awkward light stick standing in the middle of the floor
