Hallo! Ich habe ein Monstera in einem Plastiktopf und seine Blätter beginnen sich gelb zu färben. An der Basis, in der Nähe der Wurzeln, sind mir einige kleine weiße Punkte aufgefallen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was ich tun soll. Vielen Dank im Voraus.

Looks like fungus gnat larva. Remove the plant, rinse roots well and check for any damage/rotted brown or mushy roots (cut them off) and re-pot. I would use a chunkier soil mix.
