It’s a “[botrytis](https://www.rhs.org.uk/disease/grey-mould)” mold.
Remove affected leaves.
The water on the leaves is the issue. It’s promoting the attack. Only water the ground and avoid splashing water on the leaves.
Increase air flow around the plants and reduce humidity.
If the white wipes off as dust, it could be mildew, and you can improve airflow and avoid wetting the leaves.
