It looks a little flat, but it might be worth a try.
They need a period of damp cold in order to germinate. The easiest way is just to put it in a pot of soil and leave it outside over winter. alternatively, you could put it in a bag of soil (with some air holes) and put it in the fridge for 3 months, then bring it out and pot it up after.
