Bitte helfen Sie!

You could chop and prop if you’re not liking how leggy it’s getting, but I don’t see what is wrong with it. It looks just fine to me.
I’d grow those air roots out in water and then chop the nodes after the roots are well grown on each of them. I would do this as far back as I could in this plant and then just let the base regrow brand new. You can choose to keep the top part together or split it into multiple plants, it’ll have a really strong root system already so the new leaves should stay the same size, if not actually get a bit of a boost. If the roots are already in soil don’t dig them out, just cut them. I know it sounds wild but trust me, it’ll be fine.
I got a massive over grown and toppled over monstera and I took cutting of it the regular way at first but most of them didn’t make it. I stuck the air roots in bottles and filled them and sure enough they grew(I did this at first to water the plant cause it’s too big for me to water the pot). I used empty pots turned upside down to hold the bottle as close to the stem as possible that way more of the air root was in water and softer when it came time to potting it up, which believe me, it makes a difference. Lol. I’ve taken 3 cuttings off that have all been successful compared to the 7 I just cut off and only had 2 make it.
Mine looked like this in spring. I tied a bag of soil to each air root tip, waited for secondary roots to show up in the bags, then after the roots were taking off in the bags, I cut under the node of where I wanted it shorter, waited a couple days for it to scab over, and then planted it as usual while tethering it to the pole for support until the roots took hold. It’s called air layering. If your aerial roots have been in the soil for a while, I would just slice under the node where you want it, let it dry for about 2 days, then unpot it while taking the old stuff out and use the existing aerial roots under the soil. Monstera are fairly hardy to being messed with. Edited to add: I’d wait until the new leaf is fully unfurled and hardened off before you chop it.
That pot is WAY to big.
Not enough light
For maintenance, I often suggest visiting the KillThisPlant youtube channel.
More light smaller pot and a moss pole or cedar plank also I personally love the “crooked leaf” looks more natural
