Google-Bildersuche sagt Philodendron melanochrysum, auch bekannt als Schwarzgold-Philodendron.
The el choco red could be possible too. Mine looks similar. You will see when it matures.

Ich will dich ja nicht bei ruhigen, aber das eine Blatt sieht aus als hätte die Pflanze Spinnmilben. Könnte das sein?
