Ich habe es vor 2 Jahren geschenkt bekommen. Sie ist in letzter Zeit so stark gewachsen! Ich weiß wenig bis gar nichts über Pflanzen und hatte noch nie Erfolg damit, eine Pflanze so lange am Leben zu halten, daher wäre ich für jeden Rat sehr dankbar!

Is that an anturium? Nah the pot looks fine to me, check the roots, change the pot if they are too tight. Are the blue balls NFK fertilizer? Maybe use a little bit less.. can burn the roots, its a sensitive plant
it’s a monstera and it needs way more sunlight. after having it for 2 years it doesn’t have any big leaves or fenestrations. i would slowly introduce it to more light to avoid burning.
