That’s pretty normal! Strelitzia nicolai can develop reddish or pinkish streaks on new growth or stress-affected stems
Mine does it too… I think it’s getting a bit more sun than the other leaves.

Have you watered it with Jamaican beer?
Looks like you have a couple others starting to turn. Bet it’s the sunlight!
That’s *Strelitzia reginae*, not *S. nicolai*. The red midrib is normal for this species.
