Hey, i too had the same problem
1st id like to know if the pothos are kept only in water or in soil
1. If in water, try fertilizers made for aquatic plants(do read the label for instructions for how much ml in how much water)
2. If in soil, try using NPK while watering(again, do read the label)
Mine is doing the same thing. You’ll have to cut it eventually. It will not grow new leaves where it is barren.

Your lighting isn’t good–that’s why it’s not producing. It doesn’t put leaves where it cannot make food. I have the same setup, but thankfully have a skylight in the bathroom!

You can chop it to encourage growth, but the real issue is likely the lack of light.
Its not getting any light like that.
That area is the darkest spot in the room though it’s just next to the window.
