Ich kenne mich mit Pflanzen nicht so gut aus. Ich habe diese Pflanze im Laden gekauft und habe sie einfach in dem Plastikbehälter aufbewahrt, in dem sie sich befand, und sie in einem dekorativen Topf gegossen. Ich habe überprüft, ob das Wasser ausläuft, also habe ich die Plastikfolie angehoben, und die Wurzeln sind praktisch gewachsen und haben sich in die Form des Topfes geformt. Soll ich sie in den größeren rosafarbenen Topf auf dem Foto mit neuer Erde umtopfen? Irgendwelche anderen Tipps, die ich machen sollte? Danke!!🙏

Yes lol just cut that nursery pot off to avoid damaging the roots!
I would not worry too much about damaging the roots. Plants can generally handle getting up to a third of their roots pruned.
I assume this is a monstera delicosa? I read somewhere recently that they’re more likely to put out larger and fenestrated leaves if the air roots are allowed to root into soil. I recently re-potted my Thai Con into a larger pot and tucked an aerial root or two into the soil. It rewarded me with the most fenestrated leaf so far!

Whatever you do, use a pot with drainage holes.
Yes, brother it need more soil+room. You can cut the plastic pot apart to get it out if she’s really stuck in there good.
