I’m not entirely sure what plant this is but it looks healthy for the most part. I think the flowering says a lot too about it’s happiness! What popped up when you googled?
Looks like a kind of it kalanchoe
Looks healthy since it’s blooming. They just grow weird like this lol but looks like some kalanchoe from leaves and flowers
Needs bigger pot but your best to limp along for spring to do the bigger pot. Only increase size by an inch or 2.
First tell us your expectations
Maybe if you let that skeleton out of the pot the plant will be happier…
I have this plant too. And can’t find its exact type. It is a Kalanchoe, just not sure what type. Super easy to propagate, mine got to big and droopy, snipped everything down and it’s growing back from the roots. Easy to make pups 🙂
I have lots of these. They can get a bit viney like that if they don’t have the perfect environment, but it’s not unhealthy.
