Jasmine roots are not thick or aggressive enough to damage foundations, especially as that one is mostly contained by a pot.
It’s large tree roots that tend to threaten foundations.
Poor little bugger is grossly underpotted-I may have to report you for wanton plant cruelty and neglect 🫣
Please repot into a bigger pot. It will be very pot bound
