I think they’re aphids
Aphids. Spray them off with a strong stream from the hose. Some dish soap and water will also kill them. Neem oil will kill them and any beneficial bugs you have as well.
Aphids. Show them no mercy.
Fun fact, they’re basically born pregnant.
