Hallo, ich hatte das Glück, in einer ziemlich guten Größe und dem Zustand für nahezu nichts eine Dattelpalme von Canary Island zu bekommen.
War es nur, dass einige der großen äußeren Freunde im Moment auf den Boden schlänzen, wo es neu etabliert wird. Soll ich sie stützen oder einfach nur verlassen? Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es genau dort ist, wo die Pflanzen ein bisschen Limousine sind, während sie nicht etabliert sind. Bitte beachten Sie das Bild als Referenz.

You can normally use a 9-3 pruning rule on dates. Not sure on this particular variety might be worth googling but usually any leaves that go past 9 or 3 on a clock face can be removed. Cut a couple of inches from the trunk to prevent disease
They don’t need support – may just be older fronds going over. If you’ve just planted it I wouldn’t cut them off unless they’ve gone completely brown. The plant will withdraw sap etc from the old fronds and might need that goodness to help with transplant shock.
As long as the central crown is firm and putting out new growth, it’ll sort itself out. The old, sagging fronds will eventually die back and can just be trimmed off once they’ve gone brown. Supporting them won’t really help the plant, it’s more cosmetic.
