Eat them (those “microgreens” you see in stores or hear about? seedlings of regular plants) and start a new batch with a lot more light. Lettuce doesn’t require transplanting, you can start them in their final places if possible.
Repot as soon as possible. All parts until the two seedingleaves should be be covered with soil. Bring the plants outdoors, indoors they will remain weak.
