      It looks like it might be experiencing etiolation (however it’s spelled) and isn’t getting enough light. Sometimes plants will stop producing pigment if they aren’t getting enough light.

      sometimes SOH variegation looks like this! they’ll just randomly put out a white node. very pretty!

    3. They just do that sometimes. Add some silica to your fertilizer routine to help support the white leaves and they’ll have a better chance of making it, since it’s common for white leaves to brown and die eventually.

      Just random mutation that occurs with variegated plants occasionally

      Because you have a variegated variety and it’s happy so it grows leaves with more variegation. And it looks so pretty! I’m jealous!
