Erhielt es als Geschenk. Ich wusste nicht, wie man sich darum kümmert, daher die schlechte Wahl im Boden/im Topf. Ich habe es vor ein paar Monaten umgesetzt. Ich wusste nicht, dass es bis vor kurzem ein Problem gab. In den letzten Tagen viele Blätter verloren. Mit einem wachsenden Licht im Innenraum gehalten. Ich verwende es regelmäßig und befruchtet es mit einem Bonsai -Dünger. Die Entwässerung ist offensichtlich nicht gut.

that looks like a baby rubber plant, i have one, and they thrive in fast draining soil and the good soak every now and again when the soil is dry up to your second knuckle. they love as much light as they can get.
That’s a ficus triangularis variegata and it has scale, check those small brownish spots on the branches. Those should be gone. You need to take it outside and treat it over the next month until you get rid of those. Only bring it inside once it’s recovered.
Agreed, it’s a ficus with a massive scale issue. FWIW I had one of these that was beautiful and lush, lost 95% of its leaves in the spring, regrew most of those leaves back after but just dropped them all again when we went through a humid patch. So I trashed it lol. I love ficus, have a bunch of different varieties and that one was by far the finickiest.
