Heheh monstera drooping can be all kinds of things. Under water, over water, bad soil, too rich soil, not enough light, too much light. Pot to small. Pot to large. This might be why you are having trouble finding anything.

Do you have a water meter? Monstera like evenly moist soil. Not saturated or dry. I water all mine about once a week. I have had to put two of them near a southern facing window. They are the same plant, dirt, watering schedule, pots. Makes no sense. They are finicky, good luck!

Also never go more than 1”-2” pot bigger size when transplanting.
