Prost!

Plant it in your local park late one evening.
this looks like a really healthy bonsai’d oak tree! generally tree planting season is nov-march but no reason why with watering and care it wouldn’t survive a move now. the brown spots under the leaves are galls caused by a tiny wasp so it’s obviously deemed this tree healthy enough to protect its eggs- hard to say how big it would get but best to pick an open spot to give it lots of room 🌳
Looks perfectly fine but it’s an oak so just be aware when planting it they grow big !!!
It’ll grow, there’s no standard shape for them, there’s as many shape variations as there are types of oak tree, but one thing’s for certain, it’ll be massive eventually.
If the pot is stuck or the roots have come through the bottom don’t remove the pot, just cut the sides and bottom so it can break the pot up itself over time, this will reduce any root damage and improve it’s chances massively.
Plant it it doesn’t look too bad I have a similar oak, yes it will grow huge but will not get huge in your lifetime, maybe in a two hundred years or more.🤞fingers crossed 🤣
