Have you been regularly watering?
The perennial ryegrass in that mix is probably what you can see now. The 44% red fescue might take a little longer to come through.
The box looks old. Seed has a shelf life and every 6 months something like half the seed will not germinate. Whats the expiry date on the box?
I think that looks pretty good for 11 days. Usually when I’ve had patches, it’s because the process of watering has disturbed the seeds – the seeds floated in the water, and settled elsewhere. I guess that’s what’s happened here, since it’s rained quite a lot recently. I would just spread some more seed in the gaps.
