Anfang dieses Monats ließ mich mein Freund Minze -Blätter aus seiner Pflanze nehmen. Ich stellte sie in ein Papiertuch und steckte sie in einen Ziploc. Ich vergaß sie und nahm es 2 Wochen später heraus und fand dies. Sind diese Wurzeln auf einem Blattschnitt von Minze? Ich weiß, dass es wahrscheinlich nicht überleben wird, aber ich wusste nicht, dass Minze aus den Blättern rasen könnte.

Nice! Looks like there was a little bit of stem attached to the leaf. People on Reddit are super weird about mint family plants but a big part of why they’re enjoyable (to me) to grow is BECAUSE of how quickly they grow and reproduce. Put it in some dirt and keep it watered!
I have lemon balm in my front yard and peppermint in the back and I just planted some other “invasive” plants. 90% of invasive plants are not invasive and are just in the way of people making money so they get labeled as invasive even though they’re healthy for the earth and the animals

There’s so much mint along my fence on my patio. About 10′ x 2′ strip. After I saw how much seed dropped, I knew I was doomed. There’s no way I swept up enough seed. Bees love it, that’s nice. But I’ll be lucky if I don’t have to pull baby peppermint out for the rest of my life.
