this is called guttation. Plants stomata open at night and guttation occurs. It’s normal and arguably really important for plants to be able to guttate!

This is not directly a sign of overwatering. But you will often see people cry that plants been overwatered when a guttation post appears.

all couple dozen of my aroids guttate at night. we live in a low rh environment (guttation would happen more readily) and they are in semihydro (so def not overwatered) and all are thriving. from corms w their first leaves to very mature monstera, all guttate every day.
