The ground looks really dry, which could be the problem especially if it’s been planted during the summer. I try and wait until autumn to get the bigger plants in.

Could definitely be the dry soil, fuchsias are thirsty, especially when establishing. Also worth checking for root damage or vine weevils if it’s just one side struggling. You could try a seaweed tonic or light feed to give it a boost, but the main thing is keeping it evenly moist. Let me know if you want any product tips for reviving it.

Difficult to tell from the photo, but the ground looks dry, so it isn’t getting enough water
