Mein gesunder großer Agapanthus hat diese seltsame Blüte erweitert. Es ist fast wie 3 Stängel in einem? Es ist sehr gekrümmt und wächst eher seitwärts als gerade nach oben. Warum hat es das getan und was muss ich, wenn überhaupt, dagegen tun?

Its the chemicals from your nail polish shedding on it, try opting for organic nail polish 🙂
I think this is called fasciation.
Looks like fasciation! It happens for a variety of reasons; if it has never done it before I’d maybe put it down to damage during growth. If this is a new plant, see what happens with other stems/ next year. They’re usually pretty sturdy plants so yes it’s ugly but it may bounce back, provided it’s not genetic.
