Schließlich geht es um meinen Garten im Haus und morgen beginnt die Arbeit, Terrasse zu legen und eine große Menge des Mist -Lehmbodens durch etwas besser zu ersetzen.
Danach ist es der Plan, einen Rasen zu säen, das zu etablieren und dann an allem anderen zu arbeiten (Pflanzen, Blumen usw.).
Mein größtes Problem ist, dass ich auf See arbeite, so dass ich nach Abschluss der Terrasse ungefähr zehn Tage Zeit habe, bevor ich 5 Wochen lang weg bin, also habe ich zwei Optionen und nicht sicher, welches ich tun soll.

Sobald die Arbeit erledigt ist, säen ich und halte sie mit täglichem Bewässerung feucht und hoffe, dass sie sich aufbauen. Lassen Sie es für die nächsten 5 Wochen mit einem Autosprinkler.

Ich neige dazu, es zu verlassen, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher

I definitely wouldn’t bother doing it before you go. September/October is when you would normally do autumn renovations any way so do it when you get back. Cut it right down as low as your mower will go scarify it in 4 directions you’ll get a couple of 1 tonne bags of rubbish out of it then overseed and feed it with a general autumn feed and if you’re feeling fancy topdress it as well.
At least buy them a drink first.

Autumn is the best time. Summer is too hot and dry. Spring is the other option.
While you’re away, have a think about how you’d like your lawn to be over the next 20 years.
You have more options than most people realise.
I’ve just happily spent the last 15 years steadily introducing non grass plants into my lawn.
The reason I suggest this now is that IF you decide some low growing plants might be cool among the grass, then when you get back would be the perfect time to seed them, and I would then hold off sowing grass seed altogther, which would only make it harder for the non grass dudes.
There are lots of options to choose from if you go the non grass route, and plenty of advice on Reddit about those options.
